* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Oklahoma, including the following counties,
Alfalfa, Garfield, Grant, Harper, Kay, Major, Woods and Woodward.
Portions of northern Texas, including the following counties,
Baylor, Foard, Hardeman, Knox and Wilbarger.
* WHEN...Through Saturday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water
crossings may be flooded.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Scattered thunderstorms will be possible this afternoon,
which may cause areas of flooding. Additional and more
widespread heavy rain is expected this evening and overnight.
Rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches will be possible, with
localized amounts of 4 to 6 inches possible.
