I want to thank you for the articles you ran recently about our local family, the Holtzclaws. They have been suffering in silence for a long time (more than two years) and are still suffering. Daniel’s 30th birthday was Saturday; also the one-year anniversary of his conviction. But the public and media convicted him before the trial. It will come out soon that there are some very legitimate reasons for an appeal.
On Saturday, Michelle Malkin was at the Central National Bank Center previewing her two-part series about Daniel’s case where she went in-depth to look at the facts of the case.
Many people from Enid remember Daniel when he was on the football team during his high school years. They have interacted with his dad or mom at some point. They are good people.
Can we not give him the benefit of the doubt? His case was rushed through the court system in OKC, which is not the norm there. Private message me (Deb Ruthenberg) if you have questions, want to see the screening, want to watch the complete interrogation (http://www.holtzclawtrial.com/interrogation) or just want to know where you can read more about his case (http://www.holtzclawtrial.com).
This could happen to anyone.
Sincerely and love,
