Russell Westbrook has found a home, and for the first time in 11 seasons it's not in Oklahoma City.
The Oklahoma City Thunder have agreed to trade the eight-time All-Star to the Houston Rockets for Chris Paul, 2024 and 2026 first-round picks and pick swaps in 2021 and 2025, according to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.
Westbrook will be reunited with former Thunder teammate James Harden in Houston.
OKC's talks with the Miami Heat, a destination Westbrook reportedly like, went stale Wednesday, according to the Miami Herald.
Thunder general manager Sam Presti and Miami GM Pat Riley couldn't come to terms on a fair trade for the guard, who is due $38.5 million next season, $41.4 million in 2020-21, $44.2 million in 2021-22 and $47.1 million in 2022-23.
