UPDATED: Cimarron County Sheriff's Office reports the missing 4-year-old boy has been found safe and returned to his mother. His father has been arrested.
BOISE CITY, Okla. — Cimarron County Sheriff's Office on Tuesday night issued an missing endangered juvenile alert for a 4-year-old boy who authorities said was taken by his biological father.
The boy, Douglas Cordova Guerra, was last seen at 7:25 p.m. Tuesday in Boise City, according to the alert.
He is said to be wearing a gray shirt with black sleeves and black shorts. He was not wearing socks or shoes. The boy has brown hair and eyes, a mole under his nose on the right side of his face and diamond earrings in both ears.
The suspect is Douglas Cordova Nunez. He is 5 feet, 4 inches tall and was wearing a white shirt, white shoes and jeans. He has a full sleeve tattoo of roses on his right arm and a tattoo of Jesus' face on his left upper shoulder.
The suspect is driving a gray 2006 Honda Civic with Oklahoma license plate. No number is available.
