Building on Tradition is a special section that will publish in the Enid News & Eagle for eight Sundays in February, March and April 2019. The section is designed to feature individuals, businesses and organizations in Enid and Northwest Oklahoma that work every day for the betterment of the region and its residents. This section, which published Feb. 24, 2019, focuses on Northwest Oklahoma, its residents, businesses and parks.

Enid native Katelynn Culbert recently expanded her craft and event-hosting business, Okie Craft Co., at a new downtown location at 119 S. Grand. Okie Craft Co. is open for walk-in crafting 5-9 p.m. Wednesday through Friday and noon to 9 Saturdays.
