ENID, Okla. — The driver of a three-wheeled motorcycle was transported to a local hospital after colliding with the back of an SUV at Coolidge and Chestnut around 1 p.m. Tuesday.

Deborah Duhon, 53, of Enid, sustained non-life-threatning injuries and was transported to Integris Bass Baptist Health Center, according to Enid Police Department. The driver of the SUV, Samantha Noteware, 36, of Enid, was unharmed, according to police.

The accident occurred when Noteware, who was westbound on Chestnut, stopped to allow a vehicle ahead to turn left onto Coolidge. The motorcycle was traveling behind the SUV and Duhon was not able to stop in time to avoid collision, Sgt. Casey Von Schriltz said.
