Special to the News -- Eagle
The featured pet this week at Enid Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals is Roxie.
Roxie is a 1-year-old stray surrender Schnauzer mix. She weighs 27 pounds, is up-to-date on her shots and does not require any special medications. She has beautiful brown eyes, a long curly tail and beautiful salt and pepper fur.
Roxie is eligible for the Pets for Seniors Program and would make a wonderful pet for a senior citizen because she is very calm, sweet, quiet and loving.
If you would like to meet Roxie, come by Enid SPCA, 1116 Overland Trail, during regular business hours or at the pet adoption fair noon to 3 p.m. Saturday. Contact the SPCA at 233-1325 for information.
