Enid’s main U.S. Postal Service office will have customer appreciation day Tuesday, along with a demonstration of the capabilities of the Web site www.usps.com.

The event will be 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday, said Jeff Carroll, Enid postmaster. Refreshments will be served in the lobby.

A computer terminal will be set up for the Web site demonstration, Carroll said. The site is available seven days a week, 24 hours a day and can be accessed from anywhere, he said. It had more than 260 visitors in 2004.

Among the services offered:

• The ability to print labels with or without postage for priority, express and international mail.

• The ability to pay postage with a credit card.

• The ability to calculate rates and find ZIP codes.
