ENID, Okla. — Contractors started Monday to remove a concrete section of the intersection at Kelly Drive and Cleveland.

City of Enid officials said traffic flow will be impacted as new concrete will be poured at the intersection. Traffic will be reduced to one lane on Cleveland in this area, and the project will take approximately three weeks to complete.
