City commission to water pipeline update

Enid City Commission will receive an update on the Kaw Lake water pipeline during a study session Tuesday.

The 5 p.m. public study session will be held in the lower-level conference room at the city administration building, 401 W. Garriott.

Other items on the agenda include reviews of a false alarms ordinance and Board of Adjustment ordinance.

During the regular meeting, at 6:30 p.m. in the commission chambers at the city administration building, the commission will consider convening into executive session to hear an economic development-related presentation by the city's retail consultant, Rickey Hayes. 

Other items on the agenda include:

• A legislative update presented by the city's contract lobbyist, Curt Roggow.

• Enid Public Transportation Authority — made up of city commissioners — consideration of a resolution accepting changes to the EPTA Americans with Disability Act policy to adhere to Federal Transit Administration requirements.
