City of Enid workers will block Randolph between Independence and Grand downtown on Wednesday to hang the Cherokee Strip banner.

The closure will be 6-10 a.m., Cory Buller, Parks and Recreation Department supervisor said.

The 2019 Cherokee Strip Celebration will be Sept. 13-14.
