RE/MAX associates hear co-founder during Supercharge

RE/MAX associates heard from Dave Liniger, co-founder and chairman, and Alison Levine, mountaineer and businesswoman, during Supercharge, a session presented live Nov. 1 on RE/MAX Satellite Network.

Levine was the featured speaker at the 2007 RE/MAX International convention in Atlanta. She was captain of the 2002 American Women’s Everest Expedition that nearly reached the 29,029-foot summit of the world’s highest mountain. Bad weather forced the team to turn back. Levine is founder and president of Daredevil Strategies, a consulting firm specializing in leadership and team dynamics.

Liniger founded RE/MAX in 1973 with his wife, Gail. He is recognized as an authority on time management, training, recruiting and motivation. His comments were echoed by other real estate gurus, who said the market is not likely to change quickly and those who can adapt will survive to see the next surge in home sales.

Supercharge was hosted by Margaret Kelly, RE/MAX Inter-national CEO. She came to RE/MAX in 1987 as a financial analyst. She served as member service representative, regional director, vice president and president before becoming CEO in 2005.
