ENID, Okla. — Grieving the death of a loved one is a difficult thing to go through, and Hospice Circle of Love’s bereavement team wants to help those in need.
The organization is hosting a weekly community grief group throughout the month of June. Meetings will be 5-6 p.m. every Tuesday at Hospice Circle of Love, 314 S. 3rd. The grief group is free and open to anyone 18 and over who is dealing with the death of a loved one. Each of the sessions will focus on different aspects of the grieving process. Participants look back, by celebrating memories, so they can move forward, by discovering meaning and purpose for the future.
One major benefit of the grief group is having the opportunity to connect with other people who are going through the same thing. Those who would like to sign up can call Dr. Matt Miles or the Rev. Gary Miller at (580) 234-2273.
Hospice Circle of Love is a nonprofit organization that helps terminally ill patients and their families make every day count. Circle of Love opened its doors in Enid in 1983 and is one of the longest standing hospices in Oklahoma.
