Take a walk through a field of giant, orange pumpkins and pick out your favorite one at Christ United Methodist Church.

The church’s pumpkin patch now is open, and it presents an opportunity for residents to get their family photos taken or just relax in the cool autumn air.

Nightmare Warehouse

Open 7-11 tonight; other select days

Goldspot, 424 W. Walnut

Ghouls, goblins and other grotesque creatures have returned to haunt the Goldspot building at 424 W. Walnut in Enid.

With Halloween merely a few weeks away, the Nightmare Warehouse has reopened to the public. Patrons will be able to visit 7-11 p.m. today and Saturday as well as: 7-10 p.m. Oct. 17, 23, 24, 29, 30 and 31, and 7-11 p.m. Oct. 18, 19, 25 and 26.

Tickets are $13, and $10 for those 12 and younger.

Gaslight Theatre presents 'Dracula'

Mystery and suspense shrouds London, as the city’s residents try to figure out how to avoiding succumbing to Dracula.

So goes the new adaption of the classic, being presented Oct. 18-20 and 24-26 by Gaslight Theatre.

This version is adapted by Steven Dietz from the novel by Bram Stoker. The show is directed by Carmen Ball.

Prices for Thursday and Sunday performances are $10 per adult and $7 per student. Tickets for all other shows are $7, $11 or $15.

Showtime is 7 p.m. Thursdays, 8 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays and 2 p.m. Sunday.
