Check out Enid Farmers Market this weekend to find an assortment of veggies and homegrown products made by farmers right here in northwest Oklahoma.

The farmers market is located at Garriott and Grand, in the parking lot of the old railroad depot. The market is open 8-11 a.m. every Saturday morning until October.

Santa’s Showcase Craft Show

9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday

Hoover Building, Garfield County Fairgrounds

Christmas in July comes to Enid this Saturday at the Hoover Building on Garfield County Fairgrounds.

Get your Christmas gift and craft shopping done early as you explore a variety of vendors indoors and out of the hot sun.

Admission is free, and Blue Star Mothers will be there to serve lunch.

Running of the Rats

10 a.m. Saturday

Frisco Bar, 608 N. Independence

The annual motorcycle poker run in memory of Kyle “RatBoy” Traynor is Saturday starting from the Frisco Bar.

Cards will be drawn beginning at 10 a.m. until tentatively 1 p.m. The run will conclude at Enid Moose Lodge with bike games, beverages, entertainment and food.

Online registration is closed, but anyone interested can register tonight at Q-Spot, 221 W. Cherokee, during the pre-run party, or Saturday at the Frisco.

Railroad Museum of Oklahoma

Open daily

Beat the summer heat this week and visit Railroad Museum of Oklahoma, open 1-4 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday and 2-5 p.m. Sunday at 702 N. Washington.

The railroad museum has collections of memorabilia, such as f fine dining china from railroad cars and thousands of postcards from depots around the world.

Admission to the museum is a suggested donation of $3 per person.
