ENID — ‘Fiddler on the Roof’

8 p.m. Friday, Saturday, Wednesday and Thursday

Gaslight Theatre, 221 N. Independence

This weekend, Gaslight Theatre presents its summer musical, “Fiddler on the Roof.” The musical will be performed 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday, as well as Wednesday and Thursday. There will be additional showings the 27th through the 29th.

“Fiddler on the Roof” is about Tevye, a poor dairyman, who tries to instill in his daughters the traditions of their tight-knit Jewish community. It is directed by Christianne Chase and is receiving production assistance from Central National Bank and March of Dimes.

Cherokee Strip Regional Heritage Center

Open daily except Monday

4th and Garriott

Explore Enid’s past at Cherokee Strip Regional Heritage Center, located east of downtown Enid at 4th and Garriott.

The museum explains the history of the 1893 Land Run and the development of northwest Oklahoma.

Museum hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday and 1-5 p.m. Sunday. It is closed Monday. Admission is $5 for adults and $13 for a family up to six members.

Benefit Bikini Bike Wash

11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday

Cycle Ward, 319 N. Independence

Cycle Ward will hold its third annual Bikini Bike Wash this Saturday.

This year, proceeds will go to a local individual who has been fighting cancer.

Backhand will play music 1-3 p.m., and bike washing will be 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Hot dogs and other refreshments will be for sale for a donation.

The store also will be open 9 a.m. to

5 p.m.
