While some may call this time of year the Dog Days of Summer, it will be exactly that on Saturday at Enid Farmers Market.

Saturday’s event will feature several animal-related activities, including a pet costume contest. The winner of the contest will receive a doggie gift basket.
Also, Enid Animal Control will bring dogs available for adoption, and Enid Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals will make and sell dog tags.
Live music at the farmers market will be provided by Eddie Kelley.
