Rubies & Rigs, 6:30-10 p.m., Continental Ballroom, 302 Independence. Rubies & Rigs is the theme of the 3rd annual Cherokee Strip Days Gala. Proceeds will benefit Cherokee Strip Regional Heritage Center. For reservations or more information, call (580) 237-1907.
