ENID — Shakespeare in the Park

Shakespeare in the Park returns to Enid this weekend with three free performances of “Antony and Cleopatra,” presented by Gaslight Theatre.

The play, by William Shakespeare, will star John Rogers as Antony and Erika Casburn as Cleopatra. A full cast list is available at

Enid Farmers Market, Grand and Garriott

Go “green” Saturday at Enid Farmers Market and participate in several events with a green theme.

GreEnid at Enid Farmers Market will feature live music, grilled goodies and crafts for the kids.

There also will be a 1 mile fun run/walk, beginning at 8:30 a.m. at the farmers market, located at the corner of Grand and Garriott. Cost to participate is $15; a T-shirt is factored into the cost.

‘101 Dalmatians’

2 and 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday

Gaslight Theatre, 221 N. Independence

Gaslight Theatre’s Kids Drama Camp will present Disney’s “101 Dalmatians” with two performances Saturday and Sunday.

The performances are done by children who have completed kindergarten through fifth grade.

Focus: Gaslight to present ‘Fiddler on the Roof’

Gaslight Theatre will present its summer musical, “Fiddler on the Roof,” July 20-22 and 25-29.

On July 20 and 21, performances will be at 8 p.m. at the theater, 221 N. Independence. The July 22 performance will be at 2 p.m., and is a benefit performance for March of Dimes.

Performances will continue July 25-29. Performance times will be 8 p.m. all days with the exception of the 29th (2 p.m.).

Tickets are $7, $11 or $14, with the exception of the March of Dimes benefit performance, which is $10 or $15.

“Fiddler on the Roof” is about the little village of Anatevka, where Tevye, a poor dairyman, tries to instill in his five daughters the traditions of his tight-knit Jewish community.
