OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — An Oklahoma court has scheduled the execution date for a man convicted in the 1999 shooting death of a 19-year-old Perry woman.

The Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals on Wednesday noted that Clayton Lockett has exhausted his appeals and scheduled a March 20th execution date in his case.

Lockett was convicted in Noble County of first-degree murder in the death of Stephanie Nieman. He was also convicted of 18 other charges, including rape, kidnapping and robbery.

Nieman's body was found in a shallow grave near Tonkawa.
