ENID, Okla. —
Oklahoma Bible Academy’s Blaine Whitson took first in the boys’ 5k competition, one spot in front of Chisholm’s Tommy Grebe, and Longhorn Falon Robinett took third in the girls’ 3200 Saturday at Croslin Park.
Whitson topped the boys’ field with a time of 17 minutes, 5.84 seconds, almost 7 seconds faster than Chisholm runner up Grebe’s 17:12.22.
Robinett finished the girls’ 3200 in 12:49.12, good for third behind Weatherford’s Zoie DeFehr (12:28.47) and Tonkawa’s Omega Reese (12:39.25).
Chisholm’s Ryan Tom finished fifth in the boys’ field at 17:45.41, Kaci McCary took eighth in the girls race with a time of 13:30.69 and OBA’s Merritt Suenram was 10th in the boys’ race at 18:05.09.
