EHS girls tennis, golf headed to Edmond

Enid News and Eagle

— Enid’s girls tennis and golf teams are headed to Edmond today.

The tennis team goes to the Edmond Tournament with a different lineup than usual with Gabrielle Dick at No. 1 singles for the first time and the Blasi sisters — Alexis and Savannah — playing No. 1 doubles. The No. 2 division stays the same with Kaylee Heitfeld in singles and Abby Gwin and Mia Goulart in doubles.

The Pacer golfers, coming off their lowest score of the year at Del City’s Trosper Park (376), go to the Edmond Santa Fe Tournament at Kickingbird.

Sydney Davenport (90), Baylee Roberts (95) and Kenzie Miles (103) all had their low scores of the season at Del City. Madilynn Young has had her two low scores of the year back-to-back —90 at Bartlesville and 91 at Del City. Madison Boler, whose 100 at Del City, was just one stroke off her low score of the season, rounds out the lineup.
