Dupy to play in All-Star game

ENID, Okla. — Former Enid standout Trent Dupy has accepted an invitation to participate in the Raycom College Football All-Star Classic on Jan. 19 in Montgomery, Ala.

Dupy has been a four-year starter at center for the University of Tulsa, which just completed an 11-3 season, winning the Conference USA championship and defeating Iowa State in the Liberty Bowl.

The Raycom Football All-Star Classic is a week-long event featuring some of the top college football seniors across the country participating in NFL-formatted practices, culiminating with the all-star game.

Former NFL head coach Dan Reeves will coach the Stripes team, while ex-NFL head coach Jim Bates will coach the Stars. The game is scheduled for a 1 p.m. kickoff and will be televised by CBS Sports Network.
