Jets roll past Rhema Bible

TULSA —  Seven players scored in double figures as the Northern Oklahoma College Enid Jets’ basketball team raised its record to 5-0 with a 120-71 win over Rhema Bible College Monday.

Ja’wan Smith had a season-high 19 points to lead the Jets attack. He was followed by Lucas Morales with 14, Ben Berry and Corey Alopaugh with 13, Daryck Jones with 11 and Jordan Evans and Cornell Neal with 10.

The Jets raced out to a 61-36 halftime lead and never looked back.

“Anytime you have that many players in double figures, it’s tough to get beat,’’ said NOC Enid assistant Drew Bridges. “We were able to get up and down the floor pretty well. Scoring is certainly not a problem for us. The good thing is how unselfish we’re playing. We’re getting a lot of assits.’’

NOC Enid is averaging 103.6 points per game.
