The Ladybugs will meet host Chisholm in the girls winners bracket semifinals at 6:30 p.m. after the Lady Longhorns crushed Blackwell 65-40 in their opening round game on Thursday, blitzing the Lady Marrons 22-4 in the fourth quarter with the help of four players — Nicole Middleton (13), Kaylee Petersen (13), Megan Galusha (11) and Emily Raynor (10) — in double figures.

Blackwell will face Guymon at 1:10 p.m. today in the consolation bracket. Joining Alva and Chisholm in the girls winners bracket will be Kingfisher and Fairview.

Kingfisher advanced with a 54-36 victory over Perry.

Madison York joined Boeckman and Matthews in double figures with 15 points. Chelsea Deterding was the lone Lady Maroon in double digits with 11 points.

Boeckman had three treys in the first period as Kingfisher raced out to a 19-8 lead and never looked back.
