Enid Soccer Club

membership fete Tuesday



The Enid Soccer Club will have its annual spring membership meeting at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday in the soccer complex’s classroom.

Elections will be held to fill board positions.

Officials said this is the time for players, coaches or parents to discuss what ever is on their minds with the club’s board.

Rolling Meadows to be

closed from noon to 5



Rolling Meadows Golf Club will be closed for a tournament from noon to 5 p.m. today. There will be open play in the morning and after 5 p.m.

Plainsmen wrestling

boosters hold fundraiser



Boosters for the Enid wrestling program will have a fundraiser from 5-9 p.m. Monday at Godfather’s Pizza. A portion of the proceeds benefit the wrestling program. Fans also will get a chance to meet new coach Devin Golden.



OBA announces athletic award winners



Oklahoma Bible Academy has announced its athletic awards from the 2007-08 school year.

They include by sport:

Volleyball — Most Valuable Player, Shannon Heath; Fighting Heart Award, McKenzie Schafer; Most Improved, Kaley Stratton and Hillary Thomas; Hustle Award, Lauren Lauderdale; Trojan Award, Lauren Smith.
