EHS basketball tryouts set for today
Enid High Plainsmen will hold basketball tryouts at th EHS gymnasium at 3:30 p.m. today.
All students entering grades 9-12 for the 2008-09 academic year, who have a desire to play on next year’s team, need to be in attendance.
Ringwood All-Sports banquet set for tonight
The Ringwood All-Sports Booster Club annual banquet will be held at 6:30 p.m. tonight. at the old gym. Dinner will be by donation only.
Denny Price Family YMCA announcements
The Denny Price Family YMCA will hold beginner golf lessons for adults at Meadowlake Golf Course May 20-22. Fees are $25 for members, $35 for non-members.
Deadline for register is May 19.
Umpires for youth baseball and softball summer leagues are needed.
Adult basketball summer leagues are available. Men’s, women’s and co-ed leagues are offered. Deadline to register is June 4. Games begin June 12. Team fees are $75. Individual fees are $20.
