The memorial service for Linda Dorothy Solomon, 67, of Waynoka, will be 3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 7, 2009, at Kingdom Hall, Alva. Clayton Forest will officiate. Cremation arrangements are by Marshall Funeral Home, Waynoka, LLC.
She was born Nov. 26, 1941, in San Francisco to Lloyd Edward and Gladys Genevieve Fogleman Plaskett and died Sunday, Nov. 1, 2009, in Alva.
She attended school in San Francisco. She received her GED at a later date.
She married Terry Richard Solomon Jan. 16, 1975, in Milbrae, Calif. They lived in Suttercreek, Calif., before moving to Jacksonville, Fla., where they lived for 20 years. They moved to Waynoka three years ago. She was a member of Jehovah’s Witness.
Surviving are her husband, Terry, of Waynoka; two sons, Marty Solomon of Manteca, Calif., and Michael Solomon of St. Augustine, Fla.; one daughter, Laurie Ruggiero of Salmon, Idaho; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one son.
Memorials may be made to Kingdom Hall.
