Ruth Snyder

— The funeral for Ruth Snyder, 87, of Caldwell, Kan., will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, July 1, 2009, at Schaeffer Mortuary Chapel, Caldwell. Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. today at the mortuary.
She was born Aug. 8, 1921, and died Sunday, June 28, 2009.
She was a food service supervisor and retired cook for Leisure Center Nursing Home.
Surviving are one son, Larry Snyder of Drummond; one sister, Almeta Fortmeyer of Medford; one brother, Maurice Herridge of Wichita, Kan.; three grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Enid Relay for Life.
