— The funeral for Floy N. Canaday Brittain, 95, of Enid, will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, June 30, 2009, at Henninger-Hinson Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. John McLemore will officiate. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
She was born Jan. 10, 1914, in Pond Creek and died Wednesday, June 24, 2009, at Highland Park Manor.
She attended Pond Creek schools.
She married Willard Brittain. She worked at Newman’s Department Store until it closed. She was a member of Central Christian Church.
Surviving are two grandsons and three great-grandsons.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Willard, one son and one great-granddaughter.
