— The funeral for Steven Earl Stout, 56, of Gage, will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, May 7, 2008, at Redinger Funeral Home, Seiling. Pastors, Raymond Rector and JoAnn Kirkham will officiate. Burial will be in Brumfield Cemetery, Seiling.
He was born Jan. 24, 1952, in Shattuck to Jarvis Raymond and Ruth May Harmon Stout and died Saturday, May 3, 2008, at his home in Gage.
He was raised in Gage, where he graduated from high school. He graduated from Northwestern Oklahoma State University, Alva, with a degree in agriculture ecology. Following college, he returned to Gage to work on the family farm. He also worked as a fence builder and in the oil fields.
He married Shelley Lyn Bonner June 29, 2004, in Woodward. They made their home in Gage.
Surviving are his wife, Shelley, of Gage; his mother, Ruth Stout of Gage; and one sister, Linda Sapp of Round Rock, Texas.
He was preceded in death by his father and two sisters.
