— The funeral for Louise Ellyson, 90, of Kingfisher, will be 2 p.m. Monday, May 5, 2008, in First Christian Church. The Rev. Marilyn Merle will officiate. Burial will be in Kingfisher Cemetery. Arrangements are by Sanders Funeral Service.
She was born July 20, 1917, in Seward to Henry and Phebe Cox Ziegelgruber and died Friday, May 2, 2008, at Kingfisher Regional Hospital.
She married Walter Charles Ellyson Dec. 25, 1936, in Edmond and later moved to Kingfisher. She worked at TG&Y, Enix Drug Store, Dairy Land Drive Inn and Broadway Cafe.
Surviving are three sons, Jimmie Ellyson of Kingfisher, Calvin Ellyson of Oklahoma City and Winston Ellyson of Hennessey; two daughters, Wynemia Fike of Bethany and Wilma Wehrenberg of Kingfisher; one sister, Ethyl Ellyson of Kingfisher; 18 grandchildren; 40 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
