— The funeral for Johna Roberta Delay, 78, of Kingfisher, will be 12 p.m. today, May 2, 2008, in Victory Baptist Church, Kingfisher. Barry Farnsworth, pastor, will officiate. Burial will be 3 p.m. in Gracelawn Cemetery, Edmond. Arrangements are by Sanders Funeral Service, Kingfisher.
She was born Jan. 13, 1930, in Maud to John and Josephine Lang Ferrell and died Tuesday, April 29, 2008, in Kingfisher.
She married Jack Linn Delay Nov. 20, 1948, in Edmond. She was a member of Victory Baptist Church, Oklahoma Republican Women’s Association, Kingfisher Women’s Association and was a retired senior citizen volunteer.
Surviving are her husband, Jack of the home; two sons, John Delay of Piedmont and Jack Delay Jr. of Cashion; one daughter, Debbie Gray of Okarche; 15 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by three brothers and two great-grandsons.
Memorials may be made to Russell-Murray Hospice.
