— The funeral for Carla Jeanne Dale, 81, of Laverne, will be 2 p.m. today, May 2, 2008, at Laverne Community Church, Laverne. The Revs. Bob Taylor and Wes Peterman will officiate. Burial will be in Cline Meridan Cemetery, northwest of Laverne. Arrangements are by Myatt Funeral Home. Visitation will be 9-11 a.m. today at the funeral home.
She was born July 24, 1926, in Bicknell, Ind., to William A. and Ruby A. Richardson Randall and died Wednesday, April 30, 2008, at Harper County Community Hospital, Buffalo.
She attended school in Bicknell. She married Wilbur Lawrence Dale April 18, 1981, in Alton, Ill. She was a homemaker.
Surviving are one son, George Montgomery of Vernon, Texas; one daughter, Barbara Mulberry of Laverne; eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, Wilbur, she was preceded in death by two sons, one brother and one sister.
