Dale Dean Sattelmeier

— The funeral for Dale Dean Sattelmeier, 75, was held at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 26, 2008, at Oak Forest United Methodist Church, Hayesville, N.C. Arrangements were by Townson-Rose Funeral Home, Murphy, N.C.
He was born Oct. 16, 1932, in Enid and died Tuesday, April 22, 2008.
He served in the Air Force and was stationed in Alaska. Following his discharge, he moved to central Florida, where he worked as a field engineer with Champion Spark Plug Co. He was a member of Oak Forest United Methodist Church, Hayesville.
Surviving are his wife, Jo Magill Sattelmeier; one son, Brock Wayne Sattelmeier; one daughter, Cherisa Jo Sattelmeier of Eustis, Fla; three sisters, Ellen Meier of Garber, Loyce Peterson of Dickinson, Texas, and Avis Garret of Oklahoma City; and four grandsons.
He was preceded in death by one son and a brother.
Memorials may be made to Oak Forest United Methodist Church Building Fund, Hayesville, N.C.
