Frances Marie Pendergraft

— The funeral for Frances Marie Pendergraft, 63, of Kingfisher, will be 2 p.m. today, April 30, 2008, at First Assembly of God Church, Kingfisher. Pastor Ron Brunner will officiate. Burial will be in Kingfisher Cemetery. Arrangements are by Sanders Funeral Service Inc., Kingfisher.
She was born April 13, 1945, in Kingfisher to John and Christine Skala and died Sunday, April 27, 2008, at her home.
She was one of nine children growing up in King-fisher.
She married Jim Pendergraft Dec. 3, 1963, in Kingfisher. They lived in Dover most of their lives, later moving to Kingfisher. She was a member of First Assembly of God Church of Kingfisher, where she taught Sunday school the past 16 years and was the treasurer for Women’s Ministries. She was the treasurer for the city of Dover for 20 years and also worked at Jim’s Quick Stop.
Surviving are one daughter, Tina Pendergraft of Kingfisher; one son, Lance Pendergraft; five sisters, Sally Brueck, Genevieve Mitchell, Violet Egan, Claudine Wheeler and Elizabeth Skala; and one granddaughter.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jim, one son, three brothers and an infant sister.
Memorials may be made to First Assembly of God Church in Kingfisher.
