ENID, Okla. — Four aggravated sex offenders have moved to Enid, according to Enid police, which is required by state statute to notify residents of nearby neighborhoods.
Oklahoma Department of Corrections notified EPD that Brandon Myers, Robert Earl Cleary, Christopher Troy Thompson and David Lofton have been classified as aggravated sex offenders. None of the four are wanted for any crimes and have registered as sex offenders with the Enid police.
Myers, 31, a black man who is 6-feet tall and weighs 245 pounds with black hair and brown eyes, was convicted of lewd or indecent acts or proposals to a child younger than 16 on Feb. 28, 2017, in Washington state. He is residing at 202 E. Cherry, which is an approved address.
Cleary, 46, a white man who is 5-feet, 7-inches tall and weights 155 pounds, with brown hair and green eyes, was convicted of sexual battery of a person older than 16 in Hays, Kansas. He currently is transient in Enid.
Thompson, 45, a white man who is 5-feet, 8-inches tall and weighs 240 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes, was convicted of lewd or indecent proposals/acts to child younger than 16 in Bartlesville. He lives at 2914 E. Eucalyptus Apt. 14.
Lofton, 23, a white man who is 5-feet, 8-inches tall and weighs 205 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes, was convicted of second-degree rape March 24, 2014, in Perry. He currently lives at 514 E. Hackberry.
