The Enid Public Schools Board of Education will meet in regular session at 6 p.m. Monday at the Central Office.
On the agenda is one construction-related item. Members will take up two change orders to the contract with Hembree and Hodgson Construction for work on the Cleveland bus parking lot. The change orders are to add a double leaf grate in lieu of a single leaf grate, and install a traffic-rated box for clean out. Between the two change orders, they would add $1,230 to the cost of the contract.
Other agenda items include a number of routine transfers and purchases from school activity accounts; general fund encumbrances for $217,932; general fund change orders for $191,323; building fund encumbrances for $ 328,765; municipal tax levy fund encumbrances for $110,000; 2003 general purpose bond fund encumbrances for $95,354; and activity fund for donations and gifts encumbrances for $1,365.
