Gretchen Streck’s Hillsdale Christian School second-grade class took its monthly mission trip to Hope Outreach Nov. 13. Students took items beginning with the letter “N” — noodles, napkins and newspapers — to donate. While there, the students sang for those at the day center and helped fold newspapers for the store.

Hillsdale Bible Church Ladies Missionary Ministry held its monthly meeting Nov. 13. Charlotte Bowen gave the devotion. Hostesses for lunch were Ginny Wilcox, Beth Bowen, and Sue Hoffsommer.

Thank you to all who donated to the Hillsdale Park Playground project. The system has been ordered and will arrive soon.

Hillsdale Booster Club’s annual community Christmas gathering will begin at 6:30 p.m. Saturday. Come join us for caroling, door prizes, and a visit from Santa. Linda Kodesh will have ornaments available for purchase of $10 each. Proceeds will be sent to Touch India for the building of a children’s home. Everyone is asked to bring a finger food.
