No-knock search: EPD SWAT team, Narcotics Unit execute warrant

ENID, Okla. — Enid Police Department SWAT team and members of the Narcotics Unit executed a no-knock search warrant Wednesday morning at 5809 Roman Nose.

The warrant was part of an ongoing narcotics investigation, Capt. Jack Morris said.

Officers arrested Glen Stuart Kuhn, 63, on complaints of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Officers also located drug ledgers indicating the sales of synthetic marijuana, also known as spice or K2, Morris said. Police believed synthetic marijuana was being sold from the home.

Online court records show Kuhn was set for sentencing next week on a 2012 drug case. Kuhn pleaded no contest to a felony charge of unlawful possession of a controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute and guilty to a misdemeanor count of selling or possession of paraphernalia.

Those charges stemmed from a search warrant executed in May 2012 at Your Quality Store, 502 E. Broadway, where undercover detectives purchased synthetic marijuana and a glass pipe, according to court documents.
