ENID, Okla. —
Metropolitan Area Planning Commission will meet Monday and consider two items.
A study session begins at 5:30 p.m. and the full meeting is at 6 p.m.
Commissioners will vote on a lot split at 4311 N. 54th and a rezoning request at the southwest corner of Garland and Lake Hellums Road.
The lot split includes almost 40 feet so the owner can have access to a driveway.
The second agenda item is a request to rezone 160 acres from A-1 general agriculture to A-2 suburban district.
According to the agenda, A-2 districts typically are subdivided by ownership into various tracts ranging from less than an acre to 20 acres in size.
The MAPC meets at the city administration building, 401 W. Garriott.
