Blackwell resident Lerisa Dershem, 31, had non-incapacitating head, arm, internal and external trunk injuries stemming from an accident that happened at 7:49 a.m. She was transported by Life EMS to St. Mary Regional Medical Center.

According to an Enid Police Department report, Dershem was driving in the right lane of east U.S. 412 at 42nd when a vehicle pulled out in front of her.

That driver, 70-year-old Enid resident Erwin Olds, refused treatment at the scene.
