County sheriff’s office investigating burglary

ENID, Okla. — Garfield County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a Monday afternoon burglary that occurred in the 12500 block of Wheat Capital Road.

Sheriff Jerry Niles said the burglary was reported shortly after 1 p.m.

The owner of the home called deputies after arriving home and seeing the suspect’s vehicle leaving the residence.

Several firearms and jewelry were reported stolen.

Anyone having information that will lead to the arrest or prosecution of these crimes, or any other, is urged to call Crime Stoppers at (580) 233-6233. Callers may remain anonymous and will not be required to testify.
