The site plan calls for demolishing the former restaurant building and constructing a 3,200 square-foot Aspen Dental office and 30-space parking lot.

Aspen Dental is a national chain dental provider with more than 340 locations in 22 states as of 2011, according to a company fact sheet.

Commissioners also will consider a site plan for an oil field service yard at 5103 Enterprise Blvd.

The about 4-acre lot would be developed by Global Pipeline Construction south of the AdvancePierre Foods Enterprise facility, and would include a small parking area, ADA-accessible restroom, a 12-by-60-foot trailer, and a gravel-surfaced service and storage yard.

MAPC commissioners will meet in the council chambers of the city administration building, 401 W. Garriott.
