An Alva man was killed Wednesday evening in a two-vehicle accident in Woods County. Seth Farris, 24, died at Share Medical Center of his injuries, according to an Oklahoma Highway Patrol report. The accident happened at 6 p.m. on a county road 5 miles west of Alva. According to the report, Farris was driving a 2002 Ford Escape when he was hit by a 2006 Force F250 pickup driven by Sergio Martinez, 29, of Benton, Ark. Martinez was driving north and failed to stop at a stop sign, according to the report. Martinez was treated for head and arm injuries at Share and released.
