The computer series, “Computer Basics: The Second Step,” is for those wishing to move beyond basics. The series will be repeated each month as long as there is sufficient demand.

• 6-8 p.m. Jan. 22 — “Email 101: Making an Address Book, Formatting E-mails, Attaching Files.”

• 6-8 p.m. Jan. 28 — “Beyond Typewriters: Creat-ing Documents on Your Computer.”

Call Jade Powell at 616-7187 or check for more information.

For those new to e-readers, there will be “E-Reader Set-up” sessions 6-8 p.m. Tues-days and an “Explore E-Media” class 3-4 p.m. Thurs-days. “Explore E-Media” will give library users a chance to learn about how to receive e-books and audio books and how to use them.

Due to high interest and limited computers, class size has been set at a maximum of 10 participants. Anyone interested may register by calling the library at 616-7196, or stopping in at the second-floor information desk.
