Violin reported stolen from van

ENID, Okla. — Enid Police Department received a report April 28 of a burglary to a vehicle in the 200 block of West Randolph.

The victim told police that sometime between 8:20 and 8:50 p.m. April 28, his 2009 Kia Sedona van was parked in the area and an unknown person entered it, removing a violin.

The violin was described as an Eastman Acoustic Violin in a hard black or green case with a red fabric lining. Witnesses in the area reported seeing a white male, about 6 feet tall and weighing 170 pounds, with tattoos on both arms, wearing a sleeveless shirt and blue jeans, in the area at the time of the burglary.

The estimated value of the property is $450.
