ENID, Okla. —
As required by law, Enid Police Department is notifying the public about an aggravated sex offender who has moved in Enid.
EPD was notified by the Oklahoma Department of Corrections that Danny E. Hart has been classified as an aggravated sex offender. Hart was convicted of lewd or indecent proposals/acts to a child June 24, 2010, in Garfield County District Court. His victim was a child under 13 years old.
