Alva rattled by 3.2 earthquake

ENID, Okla. — A magnitude 3.2 earthquake rattled the Alva area Thursday afternoon.

The quake hit at 12:46 p.m. and was centered 7 miles west of Alva, according to U.S. Geological Survey. It was recorded at a depth of about 3.1 miles.

A magnitude 3.1 hit 6 miles southeast of Alva Wednesday morning.
