County commission meets today

ENID, Okla. — The Board of Garfield County Commissioners is scheduled to meet at 9 a.m. today.

Items on the agenda include:

• Consideration and signing of road crossing applications for Devon Energy, Plymouth, Select Energy, Rodco Services and Garfield Rural Water District No. 5.

• Consideration of a claim form for loss of revenue to Garfield County and school districts due to additional homestead exemptions for 2013.

• Consideration and signing of Board of Prisoners monthly report.

• Consideration of monthly reports from county offices.

• Consideration and signing of cash fund estimate of needs for highway unrestricted, highway CBRI, criminal justice authority, rural fire sales tax and county use tax.

• Consideration and signing of transfer of appropriation for highway.

• Consideration of a letter of approval for use of the courthouse lawn and gazebo for Enid Noon AMBUCS Tour de Trykes.

• Consideration of a letter to Security National Bank renewing a lease purchase agreement.

• Possible action on a resolution for disposing of equipment for the county commissioners.

• The opening and possible award of a bid for the sale of a 1987 Class A Pumper for Garfield County Rural Fire Departments — Lahoma.

• The opening and possible award of a bid for the notice of sale of Oil and Gas Lease for District No. 2.

• Consideration of purchase orders and claims, blanket purchase orders and blanket purchase orders which exceeded the encumbered amount.

The public meeting will be held at the County Clerk’s office, Room 103, at the Garfield County Court House, 114 W. Broadway, in Enid.
